BETTIE VAN STRAATEN

With an educational background in financial management and law, Bettie has 25+ years experience in various industries, including global settings, in leadership and other C-suite roles. This gives her the depth and practical business insights that are valuable in how and what we help our customers with.

She is an alumnus of the Commonwealth global leadership, CSC Leaders, programme, as well as alumni of the Maxwell School of Leadership, Syracuse University, USA.

Bettie is passionate about environmental issues and leads global expansion of Good4Trust.org's online market platform. She also serves and has served on international boards.

Bettie heads up our Business Services as well as Career Proof and is sought after by professionals for personal and career growth paths.

LIZEL HEUNIS

Lizel heads up our Enabling Solutions which focusses on change, talent management, people and people development strategies and processes. She also offers project management services from time to time and is a certified Agile Scrum practitioner.

Lizel has that combination sought after by businesses to transform their people force into inspired, motivated, skilled resources.

She has a knack for life sciences and landing the perfect solution for our clients, including tailor-made learning and development offerings, as well as working with individuals for personal and professional development.

Lizel holds an Honours degree in Labour Relations and BA in Political Sciences and since 2013 is also an internationally qualified NLP coach.

Casper is also the glue that keeps us on schedule and calm with his reassuring efficiency and soothing voice. In fact, Casper is really good at talking and is an accomplished radio DJ with community and internet radio stations.

His career spans over several industries including retail banking, qualifying as a City & Guilds chef followed by building his own catering company from the ground up and owning a cookery school. Casper has certification in social media expertise from CA, USA.
